This brow gel's ball-shaped brush coats my brows perfectly, and the brown formula keeps them looking full -- and tamed -- all day long.
Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen, $8.39; target.com
Without a felt-tipped liquid eyeliner pen, a perfect cat eye is impossible for me to achieve. This one is just as good as pricey versions I've tried.

Dewy skin is always my goal when choosing a foundation or BB cream, and this one has been delivering just that since a beauty editor friend first introduced me to it two years ago.

Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant
Aveeno Positively Nourishing Body Wash, $7.29; walgreens.com
The scent of this body wash is soft but so addicting. I always have backups in case I run out.
L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara, $10.49; walgreens.com
Trying out new mascaras is a hobby of mine, but this lengthening formula can always be found in my collection.

Drugstore blushes rarely do it for me, but this one gives my cheeks a peachy glow I can’t resist.

I’m obsessed with highlighters to give my face a luminous glow—this affordable palette impresses me just as much as my $40 splurge.
Lindy Segal, Style Social Editor
CoverGirl Super Sizer Mascara, $7.50; walgreens.com
I first tried this mascara back when the PeopleStyle team was testing products for our 2015 Beauty Awards, and I'll admit I was hesitant. For such a big tube, the brush looks, well, puny. But when you use it, magic happens—just trust me on this one. (And if you need further persuading, we awarded it best everyday mascara!)
Vaseline Lip Therapy, $2.59; target.com
I was always envious of all the cool beauty editors who used these only-available-in-the-U.K. Vaseline balms. That is, until they launched stateside last year. No disrespect to my old tub of regular Vaseline, but this guy is so much cuter (plus it has shea butter and vitamin E, which is a real reason).
You don't have to know me well to know I don't do a lot to style my hair — I literally got my first hairdryer a year and a half ago. So my haircare products are doubly important. I've used some adaptation of L'Oréal's EverPure line pretty much since its debut; the consistency is nice and creamy, my hair is left super-soft and, most importantly, they're all sulfate-free.
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Nail Polish, $7.50; target.com
Although I've recently gotten into the whole mani-pedi spa thing, I'm really a DIY nail girl at heart. So I know which brands stay on and which ones chip before I've gotten through an episode of Barefoot Contessa. I'm here to tell you, this polish is the one to beat, and the color selection seemingly grows by the day.

Compeed Blister Cushions, $7.99; walgreens.com
I seem to exclusively own shoes that want to destroy my feet, and until now I have never met a band-aid tough enough to stand up to the tyranny of my new loafers. But Compeed not only puts an end to blisters before they even start, they actually make even the most evil shoes wearable without ever budging a centimeter.
Dr. Pawpaw Ointment, $8.88; amazon.com
I thank my Australian roommate every day for introducing me to this truly incredible cure-all. You can rub it anywhere and everywhere for immediate relief, but my preferred usage is for instantly alleviating chafing of all kinds once that NYC summer humidity kicks in.
La Roche Posay Tinted Primer, $39.99; target.com
I am a lazy, lazy creature when it comes to beauty, so the more one product does the better, and this one really does it all. Sunscreen, foundation-worthy coverage, moisturizer, and a touch of anti-aging, what more could you ask for?
Essie Nail Polish in Minamilistic, $7.25; walmart.com
I am pro-all Essie nail polishes, but this one specifically is a perfect nude/pastel pink that barely shows when it chips, meaning I can get away without a touch up for at least a week and a half. Have I mentioned I’m lazy?
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director
Maybelline Full and Soft Mascara, $7.79; walgreens.com
I’ve tried every expensive mascara out there and nothing makes my lashes look as long and shiny as this one. Plus, it never clumps, even if you apply roughly 16 coats of the stuff like I do.
Dove Body Wash, $6.99; walgreens.com
If you look under my bathroom sink, you’ll find at least three bottles of Dove Body Wash. I hoard the stuff because it smells good (Purely Pampering Pistachio and Dry Oil Moisture are my current faves) and leaves my skin so soft, I can skip lotion.
Yes to Liquid Hand Soap, $3.99; jet.com
I have a weird obsession with hand soap (holding a N.Y.C. subway pole every day will do that to you), so I did a happy dance when one of my favorite brands introduced a line of them in an array of delish scents.
Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes, $5.79; target.com
Wipes are my beauty MVP. I use them to remove eye makeup before washing my face and sometimes in lieu of actually washing my face (duh). I’ve also been known to whip one out when I spill coffee on my shirt.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Treatment Concealer, $5.48; amazon.com
I recently went on vacation and forgot my makeup bag at home. It turned out to be a beauty blessing in disguise because I picked up this concealer at the local drugstore and it’s now one of my must-haves.
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor
Yes To Carrots Nourishing Body Wash, $3.69; target.com
I love the smell of this body wash — I must say I was a little skeptical when I first tried it, but it smells so clean and is super nourishing.
Nivea Skin Firming Hydration Body Lotion with Q10 Plus, $10.49; walgreens.com
I love how light this lotion is. It dries quickly, so there's no waiting to put your clothes on after applying, and it has a clean scent that's not too strong as to interfere with my perfume.
Simple Cleansing Oil, $9.99; target.com
I started using oils in place of my nightly serums and became addicted. I noticed such a difference in my skin, so decided to change my entire routine to oils. This one is extremely gentle on my sensitive skin and really feels like it cleanses everything off (with the added bonus that it's much easier to control when washing, so my hair and entire front of me doesn't end up wet and covered in suds). I'm obsessed with it.
Arm & Hammer Whitening Booster, $5.99; walgreens.com
I've been using this product since middle school. I've tried every kind of teeth whitening treatment you can think of, but I always came back to this one. It's super easy to use every day, unlike a lot of the strips or gels with mouthpieces. You just apply it on top of your toothpaste and it really foams when brushing, so you feel like your entire mout is getting extra clean. Plus, it's really great for sensitive teeth like mine.
Batiste Dry Shampoo, $5.99; target.com
Ask any of my friends — I'm the dry shampoo queen. I have used every kind of dry shampoo (and I use it quite frequently, which can get pretty expensive). This is my go-to. It really does the job. It doesn't leave your hair with a weird texture or powder residue and it smells great!
