Ashley Graham Changes Her Outfit 4 Times in 12 Hours
Between the recent series of nude photo shoots for V and Love magazines and her busy book tour we’ve seen a lot of Ashley Graham lately. And on Tuesday, she was hustling once again, making four different public appearances for the launch of her memoir, A New Model: What Confidence, Beauty, and Power Really Look Like. But what shocked us more than her impressive stamina, was her head-turning outfit parade, as she changed four times in less than 12 hours. And three of her looks incorporated a $195 lace-up corset, that looks like it’s straight out of Kim Kardashian West’s closet.
It all started at Good Morning America, where she kicked off the launch of her book with a nude monochromatic outfit. She chose a beige body con dress with a long silky August Getty Atelier duster and matching sock booties, but accentuated her curves with a waist-cinching Feur du Mal lacing corset belt.
Next she made a stop at The View in a silky, slinky Nili Lotan slip dress (which Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have in mini form!), which was accessorized with her black belt and a pair of ankle-strap block sandals.

While en route to her next appearance, she was spotted out and about in N.Y.C., with her trusty waist cincher worn over a sheer black turtleneck dress with exposed strapless black bra underneath. While we’re still waiting for the secret to enduring a corset for hours at a time, she did share some styling advice on social media regarding strapless bras. She wrote on Instagram: “Tip for wearing a strapless bra — go down a size only in the band. Keeps the girls lifted without suffocating them.” (Genius!)
And finally, she eventually ditched the corset, but only for a sheer, shapewear-style August Getty Atelier LBD, plus Chloe Gosselin heels for a book signing at Barnes & Noble.
One thing is clear: Whether Graham’s trailblazing the corset renaissance or posing nude in national magazines, she brings her fearless confidence to everything. “I really hope that everybody sees the art that is in it,” she told PeopleStyle about her shoot for V magazine. “And they have. ‘Cause it is art. It’s beautiful, and I am so excited that it came out so beautifully.”
