Last night may have been all about celebrating the Coen Brothers’ new film Hail, Caesar, but it was hard to truly appreciate the film’s cast full of handsome leading men on the red carpet when their wives were busy totally stealing the show.

Of course, this is always the case when George and Amal Clooney make a public outing. Sure, George is great and all, surely worthy of a Sexiest Man Alive award or two, but it’s Amal’s perpetually chic, ladylike ensembles that routinely take the cake. This particular look is from the human rights lawyer’s favorite go-to designer Giambattista Valli’s Spring 2015 Couture collection, in a different colorway than the one shown on the runway because of course Amal would never be caught dead in an accidental Fashion Faceoff, paired with Lorraine Schwartz rose gold diamond studs. This dress also looks remarkably similar to the one she wore on her wedding day, also by the same designer, proving this couple is still very much in their honeymoon phase.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum Hail Caesar Red Carpet

Jenna Dewan-Tatum was another standout look of the night, despite her husband‘s best attempts to upstage her with his smoldering red carpet smirk. The combination of Jenna’s easy, breezy lob paired with her dress’s pockets (i.e. a clutch-less girl’s best friend), gives this outfit an overall laid-back feel that makes even a gown this ornate look totally effortless. Both Jenna and Amal radiate easy glamour all on their own, but having a hunk of man candy on your arm certainly doesn’t hurt either.

What do you think of Amal Clooney and Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s red carpet looks? Which is your favorite?
