All the Head-Turning Looks from the People's Choice Awards!
It may be 6º where you are, but wherever is, it’s the middle of a sizzling summer – at least if her second-skin bandage dress, white Casadei pumps, coordinating Rodo clutch and bronzed skin are any indication.
The new pixie seems to have given her more confidence than ever – she strikes poses to rival in a body-skimming white KaufmanFranco dress, ankle-strap heels and a pop of pink lipstick.
The normally conservative Girls star goes a little bold (just a little – baby steps!) in a David Koma halter sheath with netted sheer panels at her midriff and a slightly edgy ponytail. Marnie would be so proud!
And you thought vampires only sparkled in Twilight! The Vampire Diaries star proves that wrong in a glittery full-coverage Jenny Packham turtleneck dress and a truly intricate updo.
“I did not wake up looking like this this morning,” Klum told her Project Runway pal Tim Gunn. And while we doubt she looks much different in the a.m., the plunging, sparkling beaded Armani gown, Lorraine Schartz earrings and elaborate twisted pony probably did take a smidge of work.
KAT DENNINGS & BETH BEHRS
The night’s cohosts may be 2 Broke Girls in their day jobs, but they look like a million bucks at night – Kat in a notched-bodice rose-print David Meister Signature dress and Beth in a sleek black-and-white gown and Deco-inspired jewelry.
The Pretty Little Liars star may have gone country, but that doesn’t mean you’ll catch her in cowboy boots on the red carpet. She gets gussied up in a photo-negative floral-print Gabriela Cadena sheath and simple accessories.
The Gravity takes an early lead in the night’s “shiniest hair” competition. Oh yeah, and she wears a fun floral dress and coordinating moss-green Kurt Geiger pumps too. But we’re mostly here for the hair.
She’s up for a People’s Choice Award tonight, but we’d like to give early honors for best work in a supporting role to Malin’s double-stick tape, which worked overtime for her black-and-white scribble-print Cushnie et Ochs dress.
On a night when everyone went short, tight and shiny, the Mom star took a risk in a beaded ivory Naeem Khan pantsuit – and it paid off. She finishes her “snow queen” look with a coordinating frosty box clutch and a pale pink lip.
She may just be wearing a black long-sleeve dress and ankle-strap heels – but the Queen sells the deceptively simple look with a megawatt smile and some fun metallic nail polish. Ladies, take note next time you want to break out the LBD.
SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR
Uh-oh, did anyone warn the Vampire Diaries cast that Buffy would be in the audience? Luckily it would be hard to slay vampires in her feminine, flowing black-and-white Sachin + Babi halter with a beaded neckline – not to mention those heels.
