Star Wars: The Force Awakens opened in theaters nationwide this past weekend, and like you (don’t deny it!), celebs dressed up for the occasion, joining the crowds to catch the latest installment in the legendary film franchise. But it wasn’t just noted celebrity nerds like Joseph Gordon-Levitt who went big for the film. Major hotties including Cara Delevingne, Behati Prinsloo and Ronda Rousey got into the spirit too, confirming our suspicions that geeky really is sexy.

In case you didn’t get the memo, Delevingne doesn’t subscribe to anyone’s fashion agenda. Thanks to her unpredictable sense of style and unapologetic sense of humor (and her amazing paparazzi-dodging ensembles), she never fails to amuse. Which is why when we caught wind of her Star Wars-viewing getup, we weren’t at all surprised she’d pull off a look as crazy as this one.

For a recent screening, Delevingne hit up her local theater dressed as — wait for it — Jabba the Hutt. (There’s photo evidence.) Clad in a giant green costume covering her face and carrying an equally green lightsaber, the former supermodel channeled the galaxy’s “most powerful gangster” for a night out.

“Watching Star Wars in style,” she captioned the Instagram snapshot. And that “style” also doubled as photog camouflage, so we’re sure Delevingne was equally excited about the getup’s dual purpose for the night.

Delevingne wasn’t the only star who went all-out for the film’s weekend launch. Rousey, former UFC champion, chose the Dark Side and dressed as a (super-fit!) Stormtrooper.

“About last night…. Star Wars was awesome …. I’m a little short for a stormtrooper….,” she said on Instagram.

She paired the rather difficult to sit in ensemble with two Dark Side members — Boba Fett and Darth Maul. (We definitely don’t want to mess with this trio!)

And lastly, another supermodel joined in on the Star Wars fun! While Prinsloo Levine may not have seen the new film in theaters, she celebrated in spirit with a furry new pair of Chewbacca-inspired slippers.

“So…….happy early Christmas!!!,” she exclaimed in the Insta snapshot, showing off her furry new friends, er slippers. We’re guessing her husband, Maroon 5 frontman and The Voice judge Adam Levine, was 100 percent behind this purchase.
