The Met Gala may be the biggest night of fashion in New York, but across the pond, London hosts the 2017 Fashion Awards, which honors every top designer and model in the business and draws a mega A-list crowd, all dressed to kill. The red carpet kicked off Monday night, and there were so many stop-and-stare looks, we had to break down all the can’t-miss moments right here.

First up is Zendaya’s critter couture creation. The star wore a star-print long-sleeve black Vivettagown with a completely sheer bodice featuring two strategically-placed horse heads over her chest – perhaps the most creative way to cover up we’ve seen yet (and we’ve seen some wild ones). It’s up to you to decide she whether looks stellar or like she’s just horsing around.

We predicted it earlier today: Selena Gomez’s whirlwind morning of wardrobe changes was just a warm-up before her big red carpet look. After wearing four perfectly-styled outfits on Monday morning, she stepped out one more time at the Fashion Awards in a frilly lace-accented midi dress with white booties and a bold burgundy lip, which solidified her reign as one of the best quick change artists in the industry.

Suki Waterhouse went a little wild with her look by pairing gold shiny metallic cowboy boots with a completely sheer sleeveless dress featuring gold briefs and top underneath the see-through overlay. She also doubled down on the “creative bra” motif with a sparkle-encrusted outline on the bodice.

And finally, FKA Twigs and Donatella Versace practically had a Fashion Faceoff on the same red carpet, arriving in strikingly similar printed gowns. The baroque design, fitted bodice and full skirt on each meant that they were virtually unmissable.
