Swishing a football through a basketball net from the top step of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome?

Oh yeah, Drew Brees did it.

And that was only the finale.

New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees collaborated with trick-shot specialists Dude Perfect in this insane 7-minute video over the weekend. The clip has garnered almost 8 million views — and for good reason.

Brees, 38, displays his pinpoint accuracy by hitting both moving and stationary targets at all angles.

And at one point, the quarterback saves a Dude Perfect member from getting hit with a bowling ball by drilling a tiny target from 20 yards out.

To really put Brees’ quarterbacking proficiency to the test, a Dude Perfect guy dares the NFL star to a skeet shoot off – but instead of using guns, they shatter skeet disks with footballs.

Brees prevails, but not before Dude Perfect steals a point.

When Brees isn’t showing off his cannon in the video, he’s challenging his head coach, Sean Payton, to rousing games of “Speak Out” and “Guess Which Gum Is Juicy Fruit.”

Unfortunately for Payton, Brees uses the exact same flavor for all three samples, making a fool out of his head coach.

Got him, Drew!

If you ever wondered what NFL players and coaches are up to before training camp starts, they’re busy smashing targets and testing bumble gums.
