Entertainment Sports Hand in Hand, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen Leave Court Together Amid Deflategate Drama and Marriage Rumors The two appeared as a united front on Monday as they left a New York City office building By Char Adams Published on September 1, 2015 03:25 PM Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: INF No fumbles in this marriage! Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen were spotted hand-in-hand in New York City on Monday amid rumors surrounding their marriage and Brady’s alleged role in the Deflategate court drama. Reports had surfaced that Deflategate put a strain on their marriage, but the 38-year-old New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife appeared to be a united front as they were photographed leaving an office building and getting into a truck. Additionally, a source close to Bündchen denied the rumors to PEOPLE, saying the couple are “living their life, and they’re doing great.” “She’s being a supportive wife,” the source said of Bündchen, 35. “Just like anybody whose husband would be going through something like this.” Earlier on Monday, Brady appeared in federal court regarding his alleged role in the ongoing football-tampering drama. The quarterback filed a lawsuit against the NFL after he was suspended for four games earlier this year as a result of his alleged involvement. A ruling in the litigation is expected no later than Friday, and if Brady’s suspension is upheld in federal court, the football star will sit out the first four games of the upcoming season (set to kick off Sept. 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers). Sources close to Brady previously told PEOPLE the court drama has caused the couple stress. “Tom is singularly focused on his career and sometimes Gisele feels left out,” the source said. Bündchen did not attend a court hearing for Brady earlier this month, which contributed to rumors, as did her absence from the Patriots’ first preseason game. Additionally, the model took a trip to Paris where she was reportedly seen entering a plastic surgery clinic dressed in a burqa.
