That’s the lesson San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker learned on Friday as he and Spurs’ head Coach Gregg Popovich visited the U.S. Olympic swim team at the San Antonio, Texas, facility where the group is training for Rio. On Monday, Phelps shared a snap of Parker in the pool with swimmers Allison Schmitt, Chase Kalisz, Conor Dwyer and Cierra Runge. “Just the normal power workout!! Popovich, who will serve as head coach of the U.S. Olympic men’s basketball team at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, offered inspiration and encouragement to the 45-member swim team. “Good fortune is what you do,” he told the team, according to USA Swimming. Parker will also be heading to Rio to make his second Olympic appearance for his home country of France.
