A little body paint (and no clothes!) couldn’t keep Lindsey Vonn from maintaining her workout routine.

The Olympic athlete shared a video of herself doing pull-ups on set of her Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue photo shoot in nothing but nude heels and a painted-on metallic swimsuit.

“Even when I was on set I never stopped training,” she captioned the video. “Now it’s back to work though. Excited to race this weekend in Italy but definitely bummed I missed all the @si_swimsuit fun back in states. #strongisbeautiful #backtowork.”

Vonn, 31, joins tennis player Caroline Wozniacki and former UFC champ and Sports Illustrated‘s cover girl Ronda Rousey for the magazine’s “Athletes in Body Paint” feature shot in Petit St. Vincent.

The 5’10” U.S. ski team star whose hand-painted blue and green cutout one-piece was inspired by a Missoni bathing suit also shared a few of her sexy photos from the shoot.

“Proud to be in this issue with such strong, beautiful and amazing athletes!” she wrote. “Size doesn’t matter, be confident in your own skin!”
