U.S. figure skater Jason Brown will be leaving Sochi with a bronze medal, but he’s become an Internet sensation for another reason: his hair.

Brown’s “bronytail” made so many waves at Sochi that the logical next step was a Twitter account. So, now we have Jason’s Ponytail (@2014PonyPower), which has earned nearly 4,000 followers and Tweets gems like this:

Brown spoke with about how the ponytail comes into being each day:

“I start off with mousse, I do mousse all over my head. Then I do the part, whether it’s straight back or a middle part, and then once that’s done, I put it back in the ponytail. The longest part is getting the part right Until then, it’s stressful.”

He continued: “Then I do mousse all over my head, and then again just in the part. Then I use hairspray and gel, and then I do the same thing to the ponytail. Finally, I do a little hair glue, then I use hairspray all over to set it, and then I’m done.”

So there you have it: A step-by-step guide to Olympic-quality hair.
