From SNL to a Date with Zac Efron: Everything We Want the Final Five to Do Post-Olympics
Including a Saturday Night Live hosting gig
They’ve played ‘hungry hungry humans’ on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, hung out with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, thrown out first pitches at baseball games across the country and even paid a visit to the PEOPLE Now studios.
And they’re just getting started. Here are a few things we think they should do on their months-long victory lap.
1. Show off their skills to sold-out crowds around the country.
They’ve just arrived home from their gold-medal-winning stint in Rio, but the Final Five don’t have much time to relax: starting Sept. 16, they’re heading off on a national tour where they’ll show off their moves for all the fans who couldn’t make it down to the actual Olympics.
2. Host Saturday Night Live.
Listen up, Lorne Michaels! The Final Five have been very vocal about their desire to host SNL this season, and it’s safe to say we’re on board. After all, five times the hosts, five times the laughs, right?
3. Go on some dream-worthy dates.
After years spent in a gym, each of these ladies deserves a date night. Simone Biles has already charmed Zac Efron, Aly Raisman is getting set up with Oakland Raiders tight end Colton Underwood and Gabby Douglas has her eyes on actor Alex Roe. And with all that hardware, we’re sure Madison Kocian and Laurie Hernandez aren’t lacking in suitors, either.

4. Finally have that pizza party with Zac Efron.
You’ve won gold, what are you going to do next? For the Final Five, that answer is a pizza party with the one and only Efron, which shouldn’t be a problem to schedule if Biles does the coordinating.
5. Hang out with Beyoncé.
First, they handed her a VMA. Then, they hugged her. It’s only natural that the Final Five should now become BFFs with Queen Bey.
6. Babysit for Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
Teigen and Legend acted as Raisman’s red carpet role models while she was getting ready for the VMAs – and baby Luna helped her do her hair and makeup. With a budding friendship like this, a babysitting gig is surely in order for the six-time Olympic medalist.
7. Take a seat on the other side of the judges’ table.
The Final Five are used to their every move being critiqued and scored, but this month, Douglas will get a taste of what the view is like from the other side as a judge for the Miss America pageant. (She can get tips from her 2012 teammate, McKayla Maroney, who was a judge at the 2013 competition.)
8. Dominate on Dancing with the Stars/make an audience appearance.
Hernandez is set to tackle a new kind of routine on DWTS, for which she’s partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy. Knowing what she can do on a balance beam, there’s no doubt she’ll be a tough competitor – and hopefully her teammates will stop by to show their support.
After an incredible showing at the Olympics and a jam-packed national tour, there’s one thing that these gymnasts really need: a little rest and relaxation. Come Nov. 13 (the day after the final show of the tour), it’s safe to say the Final Five will be going into a much-deserved hibernation.
10. Prepare to dominate again in Tokyo.
All five of the U.S. gymnasts have said they’re hoping to return to the Olympics in 2020, so they can’t stay sedentary for too long. After a well-deserved break, it’s back to the gym – and back to winning medals.
