Take a Virtual Tour of Windsor — Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's New Home
Home to the Queen and the scene of all the action, Windsor Castle is open for visitors throughout the year, where you can see the inside of the State Apartments as well as take a walk around the sprawling grounds.
ST. GEORGE'S CHAPEL
Everyday visitors to Windsor Castle are also able to take a look inside St. George's Chapel, the church where Harry and Meghan tied the knot. Beyond being the site of the royal wedding, St. George's is full of royal history: Queen Elizabeth's mother, father and sister are buried there, as is King Henry VIII.
THE LONG WALK
Outside the Windsor Castle gates lies the "Long Walk," which is exactly what it sounds like: A miles-long pathway flanked by grassy patches on either side. Thousands gather to watch Harry and Meghan's post-wedding procession, which went go along the Long Walk.
With a major tourist destination like Windsor Castle at the center of the town, there's plenty of souvenir shops to get your royal wedding memorabilia fix.
Just a short drive away from Windsor Castle is Eton College, the prestigious all-boy's school that Harry and older brother Prince William attended, as did Hugh Laurie, Eddie Redmayne and Tom Hiddleston.
Located inside of Windsor-based department store Daniel, Heidi Bakery is home to a very royal-appropriate pre-wedding caffeine fix: Lattes with Harry and Meghan's face on them.
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S PUB
You can toast the royal wedding at this pub (situated less than a five-minute walk from Windsor Castle) with their specially-crafted Gin&’er gin, made in honor of the royal wedding. (And yes, they sent Harry and Meghan a bottle!)
Windsor's town hall sits a few blocks down from the castle at the city center. But the building has a very special connection to another royal wedding: Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, had their civil ceremony here in 2005.
Harry and William spent the night before the wedding at this luxury hotel, owned by the Dorchester Collection. Due to its proximity to the Ascot Racecourse, it's also a popular place to stay during Royal Ascot.
