If Princess Kate is looking for the perfect labor day – and as any royal watcher worth her blowout knows, the mum-to-be has a reputation for doing everything just so – April 21 might be the magic number.

That’s the day Queen Elizabeth turns 89.

Kate, 33, has said previously she is due in mid-to-late April. Now English betting firm Ladbrokes is placing 12-1 odds that the newest royal will arrive on his or her Great-Granny’s big day.

The queen, who this year will pass Queen Victoria’s record-breaking 63-year reign, is also the inspiration for one of the most popular names being backed by royal fans.

Still, April 21 is not quite the favorite day: April 20 is the one on most gamblers’ minds – and the odds have been cut to 8-1, according to Ladbrokes.

As of now, a princess is favored, with odds of 8-11, while a prince is at 6-5. The current ranking of names:

• Alice, 3-1

• Elizabeth, 5-1

• Charlotte 6-1

• Alexandra 8-1

The favorite boys’ name is James, at 8-1.

Of course, William and could follow Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively and use James for a daughter, too. But don’t bet on it.
