The bride-to-be runs through her wedding ceremony yet again at Westminster Abbey
You can never be too prepared for your wedding, particularly if millions will be watching.
Having run through their ceremony on Wednesday in what was thought to be the final rehearsal, Kate Middleton returned to Westminster Abbey on Thursday morning for another crack at it – along with Prince Harry, her bridesmaids and page boys.
Kate, wearing a polka-dot dress and white boucle jacket with patent wedges, arrived with Prince Harry in another car. Kate’s sister Pippa and her parents, Michael and Carole, were also on hand for photos.
After the rehearsal, Kate returned to Clarence House at around noon. Prince William, meanwhile, was spotted driving around in a black SUV.
Then there was also a rehearsal at Buckingham Palace for the marching band, led by a man walking a Great Dane, which did a loop around the statue out front. Onlookers said Kate has been pacing around the place and was holding flowers at one point.
The couple have four bridesmaids and two page boys.
The bridesmaids are Lady Louise Windsor, 7, William’s first cousin on his father’s side; the Hon. Margarita Armstrong-Jones, 8, William’s second cousin; Eliza Lopes, 3, granddaughter of Prince Charles’ wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall; and Grace van Cutsem, 3, godchild of Prince William.
The page boys are William Lowther-Pinkerton, 10, the son of Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, who has been William and Harry’s private secretary since 2005; and Tom Pettifer, 8, another of William’s godchildren and the son of his former nanny, Tiggy Legge-Bourke.
Prince Harry is the best man, and Kate’s sister, Pippa, is the maid of honor. She was with the bride-to-be when she gave a wave to the crowd Thursday, as she arrived for her final night as simply Kate Middleton at the Goring Hotel.
