If the gambling firms are anything to go by, the public wants a girl and Prince Charles has said he’d like a granddaughter.

Now, one of Princess Kate’s family members says not to worry if those wishes don’t come true – there’s always the chance of one next time.

That’s because Kate and husband William would like to have more than two kids, Kate’s uncle Gary Goldsmith predicts.

Businessman Goldsmith, who turns 50 on the couple s fourth wedding anniversary April 29, tells Hello magazine, “I don t think they’ll stop at two, so if it isn’t a girl this time round, people shouldn’t be too disappointed. I’m sure there ll be a girl in the mix at some point.”

He adds, “As long as the baby is healthy that is the important thing. Kate was a beautiful girl and if she were to have a girl, she’ll be equally as beautiful.”

He mirrors what a friend of the prince told PEOPLE recently. “Whatever this baby is, there’ll be another one,” the pal says of speculation over whether it is a girl.

When it arrives any day now, the royal will be 21 months younger than big brother Prince George. There are 20 months between Kate, 33, and her sister Pippa, while their younger brother James, followed by another three and a half years.
