The Queen may be the United Kingdom’s longest-reigning monarch, but it’s her great-granddaughter, Princess Charlotte who is really exercising her power.

In the newly released “Tatler List,” which, as the U.K.-based publication says, ranks the people who really matter, Princess Charlotte snagged the top spot – and knocked quite a few of her family members down the list.

At just 8 months old, Princess Charlotte has already been deemed “more influential” than her older brother, Prince George (#3), her great-grandmother, the Queen (#7), her uncle, Prince Harry (#17), her grandpa, Prince Charles, and even her parents, Princess Kate (#9) and Prince William (#10) by the magazine.

Why Princess Charlotte Is the Perfect Baby!

The folks over at Tatler chocked up Charlotte’s high ranking on the list to her history-making place in the line of succession to the British throne.

“Even before she made her spectacular debut on the steps of St. Mary’s Hospital last May, the Royal family’s shiniest new member had made history,” Tatler says of the princess. “That’s because she’s the first woman to benefit from changes the rules of succession, which mean that if she has a younger brother, her claim to the throne remains unchanged.”

Of course, having her big brother’s stamp of approval didn’t hurt either.

“Even Prince George likes her, which is a miracle, as anyone with an older sibling knows. #winning”

Little Charlotte knocked out plenty of other British big-wigs for her spot on the list: Human-rights lawyer Amal Clooney snagged the fifth spot, Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne took the 13th and media mogul Rupert Murdoch is No. 27. Charlotte’s cousin, Lady Kitty Spencer, took the 31st spot. Even Adele, who shattered all sorts of records with her latest album, “25”, can’t compete with the princess at 29.

If she’s this influential at eight months, we can only imagine the sort of power she’ll wield as a teenager – or a trendsetting adult!
