It’s been six months since Prince William and Princess Kate welcomed Princess Charlotte into their family, and she’s already made her royal mark on the world.

Here are six sweet moments from the royal family’s littlest – and girliest – member.

1. She’s "lady-like."
Proud dad Prince William, 33, shared a little insight into his two kids during a visit to his alma mater, St. John’s College at Cambridge University recently, and it seems as if Charlotte and big brother Prince George are already displaying different temperaments.

Professor Christopher Dobson, the Master of St John’s, told reporters after hosting the visit, “We talked a little bit about the children and he did make a couple of comments about their different temperaments.

He said George is very lively and Charlotte is very lady-like. He said they were both delightful of course.”

2. Grandpa Prince Charles is already wrapped around her royal finger.
Prince Charles made no secret about the fact that he hoped his daughter-in-law, 33, would have a girl, and he got what he wished for in the little princess. The prince, 66, who visited Charlotte twice before she was taken to the family’s country home of Amner Hall, spoke of his joy over his new granddaughter during a public outing in May.

“I was hoping for a granddaughter – someone to look after me when I am very old,” he said.

He also bragged about her sweet nature, telling guests at an afternoon tea soon after her birth that she’s “sleeping through the night and much easier on mum than Prince George.”

And the proud grandfather has made a few changes around the home for his little grandkids. He turned part of his garden at Highgrove House into a magical playground for his little royal grandkids!

3. She’s picture perfect.
From her first portrait to her christening photos, Charlotte is a pro in front of the camera. (She didn’t even bat an eye as photographers went crazy for a glimpse of the little royal hours after she was born.) In June, the royal family gave everyone an official look at the royal siblings with the release of Charlotte’s first official portraits. And she clearly has no trouble sharing the spotlight with her adorable big brother in the serene shot. She even sported a sweet smile as George planted a kiss on her forehead.

She stunned again weeks later in her official christening portraits, which showed off her sparkling eyes, full cheeks and chestnut hair, proving she’s already the spitting image of mom Kate.

4. She’s setting fashion trends.
The little royal managed to transform a tiny Spanish boutique into an international fashion label when she wore a (backwards!) wool bonnet in her public debut. The children’s wear store, Irulea, became inundated with calls and the store full of people who wanted any item related to the princess.

And she gracefully modeled a Victorian-inspired gown at christening in July, but don’t look for Princess Charlotte to appear in another frock anytime soon. According to Kate’s go-to children’s wear designer, Rachel Riley, the littlest royal won’t be sporting a dress until she’s at least 1 year old.

“Because they’re a traditional family, I’m sure that she’ll wear babysuits for the first year, and then only when she’s walking will she then move into dresses,” Riley tells PEOPLE.

And when she is ready to start wearing dresses, she’s got a special one waiting for her in her closet. A Canadian bagpipe band gifted the royal with a maple leaf tartan design during a visit to see her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth, 89, over the summer.

5. Grandma Carole Middleton can’t wait to spoil her.
Charlotte is about to be royally spoiled by grandma Carole Middleton. Kate’s mom stepped out in London earlier this month for a shopping trip, including a stop at Trotters on the fashionable King’s Road in Chelsea, emerging shortly afterward with a bag of children’s goodies. Aunt Pippa Middleton is also smitten by her sweet niece. Kate’s younger sister, 31, picked up a pair of pink bloomers for the little princess.

6. She’s a daddy’s girl.
Nothing’s sweeter than a father’s love for his little girl, and William isn’t shying away from bragging about his daughter. When asked about the new addition to his young family in an interview in July, William said, “She’s been a little joy of heaven.”
