The royal couple marks two busy years together with baby anticipation growing

Best wishes are in order for the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William as they celebrate their second wedding anniversary.

It seems like only yesterday when the world watched their fairy tale wedding after William proposed in November 2010. Take a look back the most special milestone moments in the couple’s life as man and wife so far!

April 29, 2011: The glamorous and happy couple, who had dated for years, finally tied the knot in a ceremony watched with the same sort of global interest as the prince’s parents, the late Princess Diana and Prince Charles, who wed in 1981. Who can forget the second surprise kiss!?

May 24, 2011: The post-honeymoon glow is on full display as the royal couple attend to their official duties, greeting President Barack Obama and the first lady, Michelle Obama, at Buckingham Palace. They later mark their first visit together to North America on July 5.

April 29, 2012: The royal couple celebrates their first anniversary attending the wedding of their friend Hannah Gillingham. They spent the night before the wedding in a 12th century inn, Westleton Crown.

Dec. 3, 2012: The couple announces happy news: a baby is on the way. Soon after, though, the Duchess is hospitalized for severe morning sickness, with a supportive William by her side.

April 29, 2013: The couple – expecting their first child – spent their second wedding anniversary day apart with Kate visiting a children’s hospice for tea and William performing duty with his helicopter search and rescue squadron.
