Royals Prince Harry in the Caribbean: What's Not to Love? The royal, who turns 32 on September 15, will visit Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines on behalf of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth. Those countries are all members of the Commonwealth of Nations, which the Queen heads. As she is now 90, the Queen is no longer making long-distance trips. Instead, the next generation of royals – including Harry, Prince William and Princess Kate – are stepping in to represent her abroad, along with Prince Charles, of course, who is next in line to the throne. Harry’s trip coincides with the 50th anniversary of Independence for Barbados, the 50th anniversary of Independence for Guyana and the 35th anniversary of Independence for Antigua and Barbuda. • Want to keep up with the latest royals coverage? Harry is currently in southern Africa, where he has been working on various conservation projects, including helping more than 260 elephants to sanctuary in Malawi. He is due back in the U.K. this month. Who Would Be the Perfect Match for Prince Harry!? He last visited the Caribbean in 2012 to help mark the Diamond Jubilee of the Queen’s reign. During his trip he stopped in Jamaica, where he charmed the locals and raced the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt. More details of the upcoming tour and the dates will be released in the coming months, Kensington Palace says.
