Prince Harry's Girlfriend Meghan Markle Shows Off Turkey Skills as They Spend Thanksgiving Apart

She’s cooked the perfect Thanksgiving turkey in the past. But can she do it again?

That the question Meghan Markle — like many of Americans — is asking herself.

The 35-year-old Suits actress — and Prince Harry’s flame — took Instagram on Wednesday, where she relived the glory of her cooking conquest and admitted to feeling pressure to repeating said greatness.

Posting a shot of herself beside a picturesque turkey, Markle wrote, “Oh, that time I roasted a pretty perfect Thanksgiving turkey! The question is, can I do it again? The pressure is on!”

Judging from the post’s hashtags, it appears she’ll be brining her turkey before roasting — an easy yet time-consuming technique of soaking the bird before cooking that’s known to make it juicy and flavorful. “Let the brining begin.” Markle said.

It’s not clear whether Markle’s boyfriend Prince Harry will have a chance to taste the meal. The 32-year-old, who has been dating Markle for a few months, is in the middle of a two-week tour of the Caribbean on behalf of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth.

Though Markle hasn’t been spotted with him, she surely has been on his mind — and the mind of the Prime Minister of Antigua!

Though the couple is not even engaged yet, Prime Minister Gaston Browne invited Harry to come to the island again on his honeymoon.

“I am told that there may be a new princess and I just want to say that should you make the decision to honeymoon – then Antigua and Barbuda want to welcome you,” the leader told Harry at an event Monday night.

The prince, who has been having a blast during the opening days of the two week tour of the region, didn’t reply — instead wincing a little and fiddled with his shirt to avoid eye contact.

Markle, meanwhile, just wrapped filming on the latest season of Suits.

The busy couple have been fitting in time with each other whenever possible — recently spending time together in London before his Caribbean trip.

The actress is said to be “head over heels” for the royal — and “doing everything she can to make the relationship work,” a friend of hers previously told PEOPLE. “It’s been an absolute fairy tale for Meghan.”
