6 Major Lifestyle Changes Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Have Made Before Welcoming Royal Baby
According to a source close to Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, 37, has become much more conscious of her own health. "Her California roots are coming through,” the friend told PEOPLE. “She’s being mindful of what she puts in her body and on her skin and even her at-home cleaning supplies ... She’s hyperaware of what she’s using. She’s looking for natural things."
More Space to Have Fun
The parents-to-be left their two-bedroom home in Kensington Palace in favor of Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. They officially moved earlier this month into their new five-bedroom home. In addition to having much more space and privacy, they can also incorporate more of their hobbies into their daily routine, from yoga to cooking to entertaining and plenty of time outdoors.
Closer Than Ever
The couple's signature PDA hasn't slowed one bit since they became parents-to-be — and their growing family has only made them stronger. "This is a very happy time for Meghan and Harry,” a source told PEOPLE. “This baby has brought them even closer.”
Finally Putting Her Feet Up
Since Meghan joined the royal family, she's been working nonstop. But toward the end of her pregnancy, she admitted that it was time to relax. She even said at an International Women's Day Panel that she plans to "put my feet up because that’s a deserved treat, especially in this stage of pregnancy!”
Prince Harry and Meghan started their own official Instagram account earlier this month, around the same time they moved out of Kensington Palace. According to a royal source, Harry and Meghan will post about both their work and personal moments. What better place to share new pictures of their royal baby!
