Going to the chapel! Meghan spent her 37th birthday celebrating the wedding of Harry's longtime pal Charlie Van Straubenzee to Daisy Jenks. Meghan opted for a color-block, pleated shirtdress from Club Monaco that featured an olive, pink and white skirt along with a matching fascinator, a Kayu clutch and her favorite Aquazzura pumps.
Two days later, the royal couple attended 100 Days to Peace, a gala music evening marking the centenary of the end of the First World War – and raised money for three charities that support military veterans facing mental health challenges, a key area of concern in Harry’s public work. Meghan wore a Jason Wu dress with ruffles and matching satin accessories by Aquazzura and Dior.
Meghan nailed autumnal chic in a bright blue Smythe coat worn over a Tuxe bodysuit and Misha Nonoo skirt with Sarah Flint pumps for the Sept. 20 event in support of a special cookbook she helped create.
Meghan spoke candidly in front of the attendees, including husband Prince Harry and mom Doria Ragland, in her first-ever royal speech.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Loughborough University on Sept. 24, where they met with honorees from Coach Core, a program that trains young people to become coaches and encourages the next generation of athletes.
Meghan stepped out for her first solo royal engagement a day later, to the Royal Academy of Art in London's "Oceania," an exhibit featuring some 200 artifacts from Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia. Back to their wedding spot! Meghan, who wore a navy dress and coat by Givenchy (her wedding dress designer!) and matching hat by Noel Stewart, plus Manolo Blahnik pumps and a Givenchy clutch, entered quickly with Harry to take their seats at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on Oct. 12 for the wedding of Princess Eugenie.
The day before announcing their baby news, the royal couple arrived in Sydney for their tour walking hand-in-hand. The Duchess of Sussex carried a purple binder strategically placed over her midsection.
