Kate's Canadian Style: She's Best in the Navy
She’s spent much of her Canadian tour dressed in clean cream dresses, but another color seems to be emerging as the Duchess of Cambridge‘s signature hue: navy.
A favorite of the newlywed’s long before her North American visit, Kate has worn the shade three times on her trip so far – throwing in a lighter shade of blue, too.
While preparing for takeoff on Thursday, Kate played the part of chic traveler in a Roland Mouret dress topped with a tailored blazer by Smythe Les Vestes. Changing en route, she deplaned in a lacy navy and white number by Canadian-born designer Erdem Moralioglu.
On Sunday, the Duchess showed up to a prayer service aboard a Quebec City-bound ship wearing another Erdem creation, this one a lighter blue dress with lace detailing at the top.
From her engagement appearance to the final outing before her wedding, the Duchess has proven to be true blue.
