We’ll chalk this one up to a little pre-Christening chat.

Grandmother Carole Middleton and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, were spotted casually talking Thursday with another woman inside the royal box at Wimbledon – just three days before two-month-old granddaughter Princess Charlotte‘s royal Christening.

Middleton, 60, looked relaxed in a blue and white suit as she leaned forward to talk with Camilla, 67, who wore a white dress and pearls, after the pair watched Andy Murray beat Robin Haase. (Murray tossed Camilla his wristband after the match – so we can only imagine what the royal told Middleton about that!)

The duo were seemingly killing time before the next match, which had Rafael Nadal squaring off against Dustin Brown.

Wristbands aside, the duo had plenty to talk about, as little Charlotte’s baptism in Norfolk, England, is expected to be a royally elegant affair.

The event will take place St. Mary Magdalene church on Queen Elizabeth’s Sandringham estate – with the godparents still a mystery.

Princess Kate and Prince William s Dream Country Life with George and Charlotte

Princess Kate and Prince William have invited locals to the area of the church, and have arranged for flowers brought by well-wishers to be collected and distributed to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), a charity Kate has long-supported.
