Actor Ray Liotta stars in History s miniseries Texas Rising, premiering May 25 but the 60-year-old actor admits it’s been forever since he’s taken a vacation. He reveals something he misplaces almost every day and what he enjoys just outside his window, when he chatted with PEOPLE this week about “one last thing”

Last vacation I took
A few years ago my daughter [Karsen, 16] and I went to Hawaii. I’ve been promising that we’ll start doing it more, because you just don’t really know what’s around the corner.

Last time I watched a sunset
I see the sun set all the time because I live on a mountain. We’re always checking out the colors. It’s a chore for some people, but all I have to do is look out the window.

Last time I was starstruck
About a week ago Christopher Walken sat next to me on a flight to New York. He’s somebody I’ve always admired. I wouldn’t say I was giddy and goofy, but it was nice. I kept my wits about it.

Last thing I misplaced
Every day, my keys. No question about it. I leave them in the same place, but inevitably I can t seem to find them. As soon as I walk in [I put them] in a container, but the keys end up someplace different.
