Britney’s Bedroom
Curious as to what Britney Spears’s bedroom looks like? Of course you are. And now you can find out with a visit to the Onyx hotel in Boston, which is creating a room just like hers. (Britney’s mom, Lynne, is on the decorating team, to ensure authenticity.) The room, done up in shades of soft green, cream and burgundy, will feature a romantic king-sized bed enveloped in mosquito netting, with walls adorned with stenciled gold fairies and Britney’s platinum records (bolted in). So, how much will this peek into Brit’s boudoir set you back? A mere $259 per night – 10 percent of which will go to the Britney Spears Camp for the Performing Arts in Cape Cod.

Running Mate
P. Diddy isn’t the only one “running the city”: JAG star David James Elliott finished the Boston Marathon on Monday with an official time of 5:14:57. Elliott – and the roughly 16,000 other runners – battled temperatures in the 80s. The 43-year-old actor, who ran on the Salvation Army team raising funds for the organization’s children’s program in Massachusetts, described the conditions as “brutally hot” to Sports Illustrated.

Out & About
Average Joe Adam Mesh and girlfriend Samantha Trenk hit a spot of trouble while making their first public appearance together in Miami last weekend. The pair stayed at the newly renovated Ritz-Carlton South Beach (where they attended a Valentino fashion show benefiting the Miami Children’s Chorus), but Mesh told us: “This hotel is phenomenal, except for the balcony, which we got locked out on today. We went and sat out there and realized we were locked out. We had no phones.” So how did they get out of it? “We were out there for a couple minutes, then I yelled down to the kids (below) to get security. It’s pretty funny.”
