At the very least, she’ll be a two-hit wonder. Lumidee, the Spanish Harlem-bred R&B baby-diva who practically owned the summer of 2003 with her hypnotic dance anthem ”Never Leave You,” is back, scaling the singles chart with an urban, vaguely crunky reprise of the Dirty Dancing schmaltz classic ”She’s Like the Wind.” The rest of Unexpected breezes by on block-party beats, featherweight vocals, and the help of guests like Shaggy, Snoop Dogg, and Pitbull. Nothing for the ages, but pleasantly of the moment. B
