While Donald Trump had no love for his opponent on the stage of the second presidential debate, his daughter Tiffany was on the sidelines with her boyfriend.

The 22-year-old daughter of Trump and his ex-wife Marla Maples is dating Ross Mechanic, a 21-year-old senior at the University of Pennsylvania. The two met while studying at Trump’s alma mater, from which Tiffany graduated in May with a double major in sociology (with a concentration in law) and urban studies.

The couple sat front row at Sunday’s debate at Washington University in St. Louis alongside Tiffany’s half-siblings Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump and their spouses. Trump’s wife Melania also attended, shaking Bill Clinton’s hand as the families of the candidates entered.

According to a recent profile on Trump’s youngest daughter in the New York Times, Mechanic is the son of New York real estate attorney Jonathan Mechanic. The newspaper also claimed that the college student spent the past summer as an intern at Cadre, a real estate startup founded by Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner.

Although Tiffany has had a smaller presence in her father’s campaign than most of her siblings, she spoke proudly of her father at the at the Republican National Convention in July, where her boyfriend was also in attendance.

The duo have also shared multiple photos together on social media since late last year, posting during their vacation to the Bahamas and Mechanic supporting Tiffany at her graduation.

Most recently, Mechanic accompanied his girlfriend to a wedding in Georgia where she served as the maid of honor.
