Funny or Die

Vice President Joe Biden and actor Adam DeVine are going deep undercover to bring a special message to college students across the country.

In a new video for Funny Or Die, the unlikely duo team up to infiltrate a college party and spread the word about “It’s on Us,” an initiative launched by Biden and President Barack Obama in 2014 that aims to end sexual assault on college campuses nationwide.

Biden and DeVine’s instructions to “blend in” and look like average college students prove difficult to fulfill, however, with the Secret Service swooping in to pat down Biden’s “fellow college students” and DeVine making a mockery of slang words like “on fleek” and “trill.”

And of course, the fact that Biden is actually a 73-year-old man who happens to be the nation’s second in command doesn’t make matters easier.

“So, I’m back at the White House and I’m talking to Barack Obama,” Biden tells a group of partygoers. “I mean, I’m at the frat house watching a program about llamas,” he corrects himself.

Jokes aside, Biden and Devine finally take over the DJ stand to complete their mission.

“Folks, I have a confession to make,” Biden says. “I’m not a college student. I’m Vice President Joe Biden.”

Biden goes on to explain that one in five women and one in 16 men are sexually assaulted by the time they leave college, adding that “we can all work together to change that.”

When DeVine says he’s “not qualified” to talk about such a serious issue, Biden replies, “Look, that’s the point. You are qualified. Everyone in this room is qualified. It’s on all of us to change the culture and prevent sexual assault.”

With their mission a big success, there’s only one bit of bad news: Biden is not going to let DeVine borrow Air Force Two to fly to Ibiza.
