It’s no secret that the housing market is in trouble. But apparently the dog housing market is booming – although, you may have to refinance in order to afford this one. Selling for $4, 299.98 at, the Victorian Cozy Cottage Kennel Dog House by the Little Cottage Company of Ohio has a spacious 8 x 10 indoor floor plan and a 6 x 8-foot outdoor kennel area – that’s bigger than some New York apartments! The house’s frame is constructed of pine, it comes equipped with Duratemp siding, steel fencing, and you have your choice of cedar, cherry, or oak composite deck flooring. But before you place your order, be aware that you may need a high IQ to put this canine residence together. “Assembly time will take two adults approximately 4-8 hours, depending on skill level,” according to the site description. Another caveat: shingles and paint are not included.
