Sandra Bullock has some lucky dogs. Not only do they get to live with the congenial actress and her husband, motorcycle man Jesse James, but they join her on movie sets, as well. Speaking to reporters backstage after her Golden Globes win Sunday night, Bullock said her dogs go “everywhere. Where I go, they go. Who’s going to walk a two-legged dog?”

That’s right – Bullock is mom to rescues Ruby, who has two legs, and Poppy, who has three. “We were just showing [fellow nominee] Emily Blunt pictures of the two-legger, and I don’t know if she was horrified or what,” she joked – adding that to her, her dogs are just plain normal. “If it has four legs and is perfectly okay, it’s got to have some emotional problems!”

Bullock doesn’t mind the extra effort her pets take; in fact, she thinks she could handle more. “Any dog that is missing something is welcome in our house,” she said of her Texas home, which she and James share with his pups, as well. “If we can’t handle them, we find them a home. But they seem to find us.”

One other place all dogs are always welcome? Bullock’s Austin, Texas, bakery, Walton’s Fancy and Staple. “We have a little doggie area on the outside with an umbrella and the old hitching posts, and water bowls,” she shared. “Since you still aren’t allowed to bring dogs into a bakery in the United States, they have their own bakery area.” How sweet!
