The First Dog shows he knows how to meet the press during an NBC presidential special
Bo’s back! We haven’t seen much of the First Family’s adorable Portuguese water dog in the days since his big debut on April 12, but NBC’s Brian Williams caught up with the young pup recently on a visit to the White House for the special Inside the Obama White House: Brian Williams Reports (which aired Tuesday, with part two airing Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET). In a video posted on NBC.com, First Lady Michelle Obama brought the First Dog out to meet Williams and President Barack Obama, and the pup showed everyone his new trick: giving a high-paw!
Calling 8-month-old Bo a “good dog” with a “great temperament,” President Obama reminded Williams that their well-behaved – albeit energetic! – furry friend is still a “puppy.” That was evident in another video clip, when Bo got a little feisty with a cameraman’s microphone. Way to handle the media, Bo!
