Stella, a little Maine coon kitty, needed a place to go when her owners moved from North Carolina to California and couldn’t take her along. “She came to us in the end of April,” new mom Kate Peragine (katiedidtoo) says. “We love this precocious little snuggle-kitty!” 04 of 10 BABE This cute cat’s name rings fits him perfectly! “He’s adorable, playful, full of life and a bit naughty,” writes owner Kimberly Couzens (blondieqween) of Babe. “I saw an ad on Craigslist saying he would be put to sleep in the morning if someone didn’t rescue him. Now he’s adjusting to life in his new home wonderfully!” 05 of 10 CATRINA One of the newest cats on PEOPLE Pets, Catrina was adopted on June 6th by Stacey Fisher (Stacey) and family. “She just loves to talk and sit in your lap,” writes Fisher. 06 of 10 MABEL & BOUNCER When this brother-and-sister duo were adopted, they had lots of siblings waiting for them at home! “They were welcomed by older cats Sylvia and Jasmin and Choo Choo the dog,” says mom Cheryl Hickey (chickey58). “They all just love playing together, and it’s a happy, exciting home!” 07 of 10 KODY “Kody loves everybody,” says mom Allie West (spaciegracie) of this sweet-faced kitten. “He has the most expressive eyes, cutest cheeks and an adorable pink nose. We adopted him and his brother after a beloved kitty we had died suddenly.” What a happy ending! 08 of 10 BELLE After being adopted by Jacqueline Rivera (diaz1207), Belle became instantly connected with her new mom. “She jumped right into my arms and started purring,” Rivera says. “With a face like that who could resist? She’s a mama’s girl.” 09 of 10 BARNEY Sweet kitty Barney has had quite an effect on owner Amber Brown (Barniferous) since his adoption. Brown says, “He’s brought so much love and happiness to us over the past five months that we are seriously considering adopting a brother or sister for him now!” 10 of 10 REBA & OLLIE Cuties Reba and Oliver were sadly abandoned before their eyes ever opened.
