It’ll put a big toothy grin on your face.

Ten-year-old Sidney Vasquez from Corona, California, asked her dog to assist with loose tooth that had been hanging on for months — and, it appears, the dog said, “sure.”

“This tooth was making everybody crazy, three months of drama at the dinner table. We had had enough,” the girl’s father, Carlos Vasquez, told CBS News, who reported the story.

The youngster wouldn’t let her mom, dad or dentist do the deed, so she enlisted her dog, a 5-year-old German shepherd named Pantur. The family tied one end of some dental floss around Pantur’s collar and the other to her tooth, CBS said, while Sidney’s older brother filmed it on camera (see above).

“I was like, ‘Let’s just get this baby out already … let’s do it,’ ” said Sidney, who is now awaiting a visit from the tooth fairy.
