We know that the Fourth of July can bring out all sorts of emotions in dogs. They get happy, because they know they’ll be scoring some dropped hamburgers and chips, but they can be afraid, too, once the sun goes down and the fireworks begin.

But thanks to YouTube, we’ve found six pups who absolutely love celebrating our nation’s birth – check them out below!

Dachshund Harley is clearly trying to find the deeper meaning of our National Anthem lyrics. And once he does? Well, he sings along!

According to the creator of this video, Jack only howls when the “Star-Spangled Banner” is performed. You can’t blame a guy for wanting to duet!

So this pooch may be a bit confused – he actually sings when the Pledge of Allegiance is spoken. Hey buddy, there’s not a melody to the Pledge!

Can a dog hold a hand, er, paw, to its heart? Evita certainly tries, saluting the Stars and Stripes as the National Anthem plays.

Confusion abounds for this dog, who wags its tail while howling to the “Star-Spangled Banner.” Perhaps those extra-high notes are a bit hard on the ears?

Finally there’s Sassy, who can’t help but express her patriotism when “America the Beautiful” is played on harmonica. Ray Charles would be proud.
