Two Women Arrested for Leaving Puppy in Hot Car to Go To Casino
The daschund-mix puppy was trapped for over two hours
Nothing is worth endangering the life of a puppy – especially gambling.
Two women were arrested and taken to Rogers County Jail after police found a puppy left in their hot car while they were at the Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
While Faith and Kandice Williams were in the casino hotel, police responded to a call from a property maintenance person at 1 p.m. on Tuesday who said that a dog had been left in a silver Buick, windows closed, for over two hours. The temperature outside was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

To save the daschund-mix puppy, casino security had to bash in the windows – they were unable to unlock the door – and immediately took the overheated pup to a cool spot to drink water.
The puppy is currently being evaluated at Catoosa Animal Hospital – while workers found fleas on the dog, there was no serious damage done.
Faith and Kandice Williams have both been charged with cruelty to animals.
