An Australian woman who woke up to the sound of her cat hissing found a surprising – and slimy! – house guest in her 2-year-old daughter’s bedroom: a 6-ft. python, which was wrapped three times around the young girl’s arm. It’s a happy ending for a California family, who are back home with their cat Vanilla after the feline went missing more than eight years ago and found a new home with an elderly man. After the cat was taken in by Animal Control, his microchip revealed the contact information for his original owners. –Huffington Post
