There’s no escaping the watchful eyes of Larry the 10 Downing Street cat

Have you ever had that feeling like someone’s watching you?

Well, if you were taking a walk this week near 10 Downing Street in London, the official residence of Prime Minister David Cameron, then you were probably right. His cat, Larry, seems to have selected a new perch to call his own.

Though the famous feline may not be very good at catching mice, humans do not escape his watch. Primarily known to stroll the sidewalk outside of his home, Larry on Tuesday climbed up atop a nearby column and sat patiently, nearly blending into his surroundings while doing so.

So, has Larry begun to embrace his inner watchdog? No – we’d wager the cuddly cat is more likely just excited to be reunited with Dad, who is expected home soon after cutting his holiday short.
