He may have chatted up Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron later in the day, but Prince Harry only had eyes for his new furry friend Saturday before the start of his polo match.

Participating in the Audio Polo Tournament at Coworth Park in Berkshire, England, the younger brother of Prince William enjoyed a quiet stroll around the grounds before manning his horse. Along the way, Harry came across a cute canine popping his head out of a parked car, and stopped for a quick meet-and-greet with the animal.

The prince is a noted animal lover, and this isn’t the first time Harry’s been spotted with a case of puppy love. With William now out of the house, maybe it’s time he invite a cuddly critter to be his new roommate at Clarence House.
