Though usually gentle with the dogs, Gosselin once said his kids sometimes “beat them up, climb on them, pull their tails, bite at them [and] drag them around.” He later retracted his statement.

SO LONG, FAREWELL

Shoka and Nala say goodbye, as Gosselin takes them to a trainer for an “indefinite stay” on Sept. 15. It’s currently unclear whether or not they’ll be returning to the family.
