Ludwik, a guinea pig from Poland, loves his body. Lacking fur, it’s not the physique we’re used to seeing on a guinea pig, but he still makes it look cute. Along with championing this Polish pet’s body confidence, we also fully support his lifestyle choices, which mainly consist of snacks and naps.

Ludwik is sharing his food-forward outlook on life through his Instagram account, @Ludwik_guinea_pig. Flicking through the photos, you will see healthy treats like celery, apples, lettuce and mint leaves (his favorite), with an occasional carb sneaking in.

As mentioned, when Ludwik isn’t gnawing on something green and nutritious, chances are he is taking a wrapped-up nap or testing out some luxurious accessories. All the guinea pigs will be wearing pearls this season, just wait.

But life wasn’t always so fabulous for our plum-loving pig friend. His owner, Agata Nowacka, told The Dodo that he was rescued from a very bad pet store where he was suffering from untreated pneumonia, fungal infections and conjunctivitis. Nowacka brought him home to her two Yorkies and other naked guinea pig Rachel. It took six months for Ludwik to recover, but now he is making up for lost time, indulging in all the finer things in life and entertaining an Instagram audience of over 19,000 followers.
