During a lunch break from filming her new show, Charlie’s Angels, Minka Kelly found time to help a baby camel named Elvis during feeding time at Miami’s Jungle Island.

“I’m in love!” the actress Tweeted Monday, sharing a photo of the tender meet-and-greet, in which she pets the 4-month-old camel’s head while feeding him.

Kelly had been walking through the zoo grounds to get lunch with some crew members when she encountered Elvis. “Right away, she had a big smile on her face,” zoo spokesperson Leo Sarmiento tells PEOPLE. “We asked if she wanted to feed him, and she came over right away. There was no hesitation. You could tell she loves animals.”

Kelly is no stranger to spending quality time with nature’s cutest creatures, being the owner of an adorable cockapoo named Chewy, a frequent fixture on the set of her ABC show.
