Meet Your Daily Panda Quota with This Baby Panda Party!
Since the surprising birth of the National Zoo’s giant panda twins, the world has being hit by a insatiable need for the furry yin-yangs. Some may even call it a … panda-demic. Never one to deny the people what they want, we traveled the world to find as many panda cub cuties as possible to get their adorable opinions on what it’s like to be the center of international attention.
Starting us off is one of Mei Xiang’s twins. The Washington, D.C., newcomer is all about the color pink right now, but something tells us this little one will be sporting black and white soon enough.
When you’re one of the hottest new babies on the zoo scene, Kardashian-esque access to your personal life should be expected. These panda twins can’t see on their own yet, but you can watch their every move on the National Zoo’s Panda Cam.
While Washington, D.C., rejoiced over its bald little bears, the Ya’an Bifengxia Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center in China publicly debuted 10 pandas (that’s double digit “dawws,” you guys) between the ages of two weeks and two months.
From their first moments of life, these bamboo imbibers learn how to become skilled nap ninjas.
See, this little guy was just pretending to sleep the entire time. You’ve just been panda Punk’d, bro!
Yeah, that’s right, laugh it up you little prankster.
The panda cubs of Ya’an Bifengxia Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center are also accomplished thespians. Here are two of the recently debuted bears reenacting Jack and Rose’s final scene together in Titanic. “I’ll never let go!”
#Squadgoals have never looked so squee-worthy.
Humidity affects us all; even the magical properties that make up panda fur are susceptible to frizz.
“Belly rub position assumed. Please commence with physical doting.”
Washington, D.C., isn’t the only place with a double dose of Ailuropoda melanoleuca. Japan’s Panda Land of the Adventure World debuted twin sisters, Ohin and Tohin, earlier this year.
Like any sisters, these two bicker a bit. Here, it’s obvious that Tohin totally raided Ohin’s closet without even asking. “MOM! It’s totally unfair!”
But there’s no problem in the panda world that can’t be solved with a little bamboo.
