It was the first time this endangered monkey experienced the texture of ice and the flavors of the blackcurrant, a shrub berry with a sharp, sweet taste. Thanks to the enrichment program at England’s Paignton Zoo, this budding foodie experienced a bit of gourmet enlightenment.
