Cats on the real estate hunt need to check this place out, like right meow.

This super customized 4,800 square foot Manhattan loft is fully-equipped with fancy furniture and a hidden cat tunnel – for a mere $23.25 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. Photos of the cat-friendly abode were shot by Rich Caplan.

The ultra high-tech three-bedroom home was designed by owner Sara Tecchia, a 41-year-old art consultant that is moving to California, who created a short tunnel so her three cats could go from the kitchen to a litter box in the pantry (convenience, as any cat-lovers knows, is the key to a happy cat’s existence).

In the fall, Tecchia was renting out the pad for $40,000 a month but later decided to sell it when potential renters asked about making changes.

“If you’re looking to change, you’re not getting it,” she said.

Other amenities that may interest (or terrify) felines: motorized clothing rods in the closets and two single beds in a guest room that slide together to form a king-size bed — both are purr-fect for filming viral cat videos!
