Canine Cruise Control: Dog Calmly Drives Little Boy Around in Convertible
This time Miss Daisy is driving herself
Many theorize that parallel universes do exist — endless iterations of the life we are leading right now, each with its own subtle differences.
I like to think that this video comes from the parallel universe where Driving Miss Daisy isn’t a movie about Morgan Freeman chauffeuring a quasi-crotchety senior woman, but instead it is a film focused on a lady dog named Daisy, who loves cruising in a convertible with her pint-sized partner in the passenger seat. This version also wins all the Oscars.
Sadly, we are not fully planted in that alternate universe, so we will have to settle for this short clip over a feature length film. The canine star really is named Daisy and her human pedal pusher is her best buddy Oliver. YouTube user Jessica Wolf, who posted the video, promises that it is Daisy doing all the steering, which is a comforting thought.
If this dog can control a small car, who says we can’t all take similar control over our own lives?
