Ben & Jerry's has something to bark about.

The ice-cream giant announced Monday that they are introducing two new flavors just for canines, available in 4 oz. individual containers and multipacks, "in supermarkets, mass retailers and select pet stores nationwide," the company shared in a press release.

According to the release, the new Doggie Desserts, called "Pontch's Mix" and "Rosie's Batch", have a sunflower-butter base and are "named after two real dogs in the Ben & Jerry's office."

The first flavor is a swirled peanut-butter-and-pretzel concoction, while "Rosie's Batch" offers the "cool creaminess of pumpkin and mini cookies."

Lindsay Bumps, a certified veterinary technician and global marketing specialist for Ben & Jerry's, says the company was inspired by the bond their customers have with their pets.

"We know our fans love their dogs and treat them like family," she says in the release. "We created this product line so pups can enjoy something even better than belly rubs."

Bumps adds, "Doggie Desserts are the sweetest treat they'll ever put their paws on."

While Ben & Jerry's didn't give an exact date for the treats' release, the company said in a comment on an Instagram post announcing the new initiative that the desserts are "Coming soon to a freezer near you! Be sure to keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks!"

Until the tail-waggingly-good treats are on freezer shelves, dog lovers can enjoy Ben & Jerry's other pet products for purchase on their website, like a 6-ft. Custom Tie-Dye Dog Leash ($29.95), a Doggie Desserts Dog Bowl ($11.95), and a Custom Plush Ice Cream Cone Dog Toy ($15.95).

Ben & Jerry's Doggie Desserts will be available in stores for a suggested retail price of $2.99 to $4.99.
