The long-time angel showed off her killer curves, toned tummy and lengthy legs in a variety of sexy ensembles including a black corset and shimmery underwear and bra set.
Kroes — who welcomed daughter Myllena Mae with husband Sunnery James in July — got back into shape thanks to breastfeeding and training with Mary Helen Bowers, founder of Ballet Beautiful, a ballet-inspired fitness routine.
In the two weeks leading up to the show, Kroes worked out with Bowers for up to two hours, five days a week.
“We stepped it up gradually from an hour and 15 minutes, three days a week, to four days to five,” Bowers tells PEOPLE. “We’d do a full mat workout — tons and tons of toning — and then at least 15 to 20 minutes of cardio work and standing ballet exercises, which gets the heart rate up but also keeps the muscles long and lean.”
Kroes wanted to target “mostly legs, butt and abs,” says Bowers. She adds: “Doutzen has a very athletic physique, so the main focus was adding definition and length, and to tone.”
Bowers, who has also trained Victoria’s Secret vets Lily Aldridge, Alessandra Ambrósio, Karlie Kloss and Candice Swanepoel, worked out with Kroes in London the night before the show as well as the morning of to relieve stress and “add a little bit more definition.”
“Doutzen’s approach to exercise is really healthy. She works out really hard, and she eats really well,” says Bowers. “We tried to focus on getting her out on that stage not only looking beautiful, but feeling confident and sexy and strong.”
