Nothing says "love" like this pretty confection. To make it, I layered mini vanilla cupcakes and strawberry frosting in spice jars. For decoration, I added a pretty aqua ribbon and a LOVE-stamped wooden spoon from Garnish, because it's all about the presentation on Valentine's Day.

This naked (un-iced, if you will) cake is the perfect dessert to serve your mini sweetheart. The best part is that it doesn't require tons of preparation, so you can whip it up day of. Not a fan of frosting? Sprinkle it with powdered sugar instead.

To design her latest Valentine's Day dessert table, the Save the Date for Cupcakes creative director teamed up with Make Life Cute for a fun twist on the traditional red-and-pink theme. "This time around, I decided to add aqua and purple to brighten up the palette," says Martinez. "I love how well the vibrant colors complement each other."
